Out of the 46 responses (extremely good or good) comments were, Receptionists very helpful, new Doctor very nice, Nurse friendly and blood test done well, lovely people could not wish for a better service
The 4 patients who responded poor, 3 comments were hard to get through on the phones and 1 comment very difficult to get an Appointment at times
