2 months (8 weeks)
- 6 in 1 (first dose): DTaP/IPV/Hib vaccine (diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio, haemophilus influenza type B (Hib, bacterial infection that can cause severe pneumonia or meningitis in young children) and Hepatitis B
- Meningitis B vaccine (first dose)
- Rotavirus vaccine (first dose)
3 months (12 weeks)
- 6 in 1 (second dose): DTaP/IPV/Hib and Hepatitis B vaccine
- Rotavirus vaccine (second dose)
- Pneumococcal (PCV) vaccine
4 months (16 weeks)
- 6 in 1 (third dose): DTaP/IPV/Hib and Hepatitis B vaccine
- Meningitis B vaccine (second dose)
12 months (1 year)
- Hib/Men C booster (given as a single jab containing meningitis C2 and Hib)
- Measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine (single vaccination)
- Pneumococcal (PCV) vaccine booster
- Meningitis B booster
3 years and 4 months, or soon after
- Measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine booster
- 4 in 1 (DTaP/IPV) pre-school booster (single vaccination)
15 years (usually done at school)
- Diphtheria, tetanus and polio
