Community Pharmacy Consultation Scheme (CPCS)

Community Pharmacy Consultation Service

Our Health Care Navigators are usually the first point of contact and are here to help you. They have a lot of information to hand and in most cases will be able to help with your enquiry, they will ask questions about your illness to ensure that you see the appropriate clinician.

Our Health Care Navigators may refer you to your local Pharmacy. The Pharmacists can deliver a swift, convenient and effective service to meet the patients needs.  If you would like to know more about the CPCS, please contact the Surgery or click on this link for more information > CPCS.
