If you are a partner, relative or close friend of someone with health difficulties and you provide a major part of their care, then you would be known as a ‘Carer’. Please take a look at our Carers Information Pack.
If you are a Carer, we need to know so you can be offered the right information, support and access to services. Please let us know by completing our Carers Identification Form and handing back to reception.
