Same Day Appointments

We are now live with our link to request a same day appointment. If you are unable to access this link please contact the surgery and we will advise you further.

The link will open at 8am. Please do not submit medical requests as admin requests, because these will be rejected.

Our Health Care Navigators will allocate your request to the most appropriate clinician to deal with your medical issue but if appropriate, you may be signposted to another health care service, such as CPCS (Community Pharmacy Consultation Scheme).

If you are booked a Telephone appointment, please be aware the the clinician will attempt to call twice, if both calls are unanswered you will need to rebook your appointment.

Routine Appointments

Use the online form between 8am – 6:30pm and select ‘I have a health problem‘ to request a non-urgent (routine) appointment. We aim to respond to requests within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Alternatively, please call or attend the surgery if you need support submitting a request.

Our Health Care Navigators will allocate your request to the most appropriate clinician to deal with your medical issue but if appropriate, you may be signposted to another health care service.

Cancellations

If, before your appointment, you no longer need to see the clinician, then please ring the practice to let us know. We will then be able to offer your appointment to another patient.
